My Messaging
This unified messaging application provides a single multimedia mailbox for all messages, including voice, email and fax. The VMXL-based application provides Automated Attendant services and notification filters, enables remote email access by phone using Text-to-Speech capabilities, and offers the ability to print or broadcast email and faxes by voice command.
My Phone
A powerful PC telephony application, My Phone combines the world of IT and telephony in a single, easy-to-use tool. Designed for real-time communications, this XML-SOAP-based application converts any phone into a business phone when its user is on the move, providing full access to all telephony features (e.g., conference calling, unified directory access, call log, etc.).
My Assistant
A web and VXML-based 'find-me-follow-me' call routing and permissions application that defines when, where and by whom to be contacted and diverts non-urgent calls to voice mail. Screens and intelligently routes calls based on caller ID and time of day.
My Teamwork
A Web- and audio-conferencing application, My Teamwork provides a virtual meeting room for the enterprise, reducing travel expenses and telecom bills. This collaborative tool offers a full set of easy-to-use conferencing features, improving teamwork within the company and extending it to home workers, customers and partners. It complements corporate assets such as Instant Messaging, email / calendar functions (for scheduling and invitations) and data collaboration applications.
